Be sure to bring your camera or camcorder. The wildlife in the area is plentiful. We may see killer whales, grizzly bear, seals, sea lions, otters, and certainly a lot of bald eagles. Sure, you can buy some really nice postcards of these animals, but you'll want actual photos to take home and show everyone.
